Students and Residents are eligible for free membership; verification may be required.
Retired physicians are eligible for reduced membership.
The Membership Term is January-December. Dues are due December 31st each year for the upcoming year. Prorated dues are not available.
New member applications and renewals begin in the Fall of each year.
